These general conditions of sale ("Terms and conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (art. 50 - 67) and by the rules on trade electronic (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).

PREMISE

All our sales are governed by these general conditions of sale (Terms and conditions). The general conditions of sale, without any exclusion, are considered accepted in full by the Customer at the time of purchase of the goods, made through the website www.holyfreedom.com, by email and / or in any other form and / or sales channel. . The Customer is invited to print or keep the general conditions of sale according to the preferred methods. In the event of changes in the conditions, the general conditions published on the Website www.holyfreedom.com at the time the order is sent by the Customer will apply to the order.
ORDERS FROM THE SITE
The products and their prices presented on the website www.holyfreedom.com constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the general conditions and on the website itself. In this case, BEAR Projects will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address supplied by the Customer. The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site are concluded with BEAR Projects

SGIPPING COSTS

The delivery costs for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of the package. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the order conclusion procedure. If Holyfreedom is unable to deliver the order in its entirety and more than one shipment is required, the Customer will not be charged any amount for additional shipments.

Can I receive VAT exempt products?
• By logging in on our page with the data of the reseller account, the prices of the items are automatically shown as net prices (VAT excl.)
• Resellers in countries outside the EU and resellers within the EU in possession of a VAT number will receive the products net of taxes (variable value added tax depending on the country).
Do I have to pay a customs duty and if so, how much is it?
• In case of orders placed outside the EU, additional costs may be applied as a result of customs duties.
• The extent of these costs depends on various factors, for example the country, the value of the products and the weight.
• Inquire directly with the competent customs authority for your country, as we do not have any further information in this regard.

PAYMENTS

For orders from the SITE, payment is required upon completion of the order in the manner specified on the Site. At the same time as the communication of the order confirmation, the amount corresponding to the products purchased will be charged to the Customer. For CUSTOM orders and / or orders via EMAIL, the payment conditions will be displayed in the order. In case of CUSTOM work carried out on the customer's material, no component already worked will be returned before receipt of payment.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The delivery time for orders received via EMAIL or for CUSTOM orders will be agreed upon with the order. The delivery time for the products displayed on the Site is 30 working days. However, it is our daily commitment to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible. All orders are processed in chronological order of payment. Bear Projects issues an invoice for the products purchased, sending it to the customer by e-mail to the address provided with the order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer is authentic. No data changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and adequately highlighted in the order. The goods travel always and only at the risk and peril of the customer, even if eventually returned carriage paid. All shipments and deliveries are intended "ex works" at our headquarters highlighted on the Site, Bear Projects is therefore not responsible under any circumstances, as established by law, for any theft, loss, theft, damage, total loss or partial of the goods transported, as our responsibility lapses with the delivery of the goods to the carrier in charge of transport. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials such as adhesive tape and / or metal straps. In the event of obvious damage to the packaging and / or the product, the Customer may refuse delivery of the products themselves, which will be returned to Bear Projects at no cost to the Customer. Once the delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the products delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be promptly reported to Bear Projects for the activation of the warranty conditions. No responsibility can be attributed to Bear Projects in case of delay in transport. In the event of failure by the Customer to collect the products within the period specified above, the order will be automatically canceled and the products returned to Bear Projects. In this case the transport costs will not be reimbursed to the Customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CHANGE OF SIZE

If the customer is a consumer, he is entitled to the rights referred to in art. 64 of the Consumer Code within the limits set by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to info@holyfreedom.com within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products
The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the relevant invoice. In the event that the withdrawal is exercised by means of written communication, the return of the products must take place within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the same, by sending the products to the following address:

The right of withdrawal and size change is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to individual products purchased in their entirety; the purchased product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation); the shipping costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer; the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the Customer; the size change is possible only once on the same product. If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Bear Projects will refund the Customer the amount already paid net of return charges and/or taxes, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the withdrawal notice, with the same payment method used for the purchase transaction.

WARRANTY
All products sold by Bear Projects enjoy the legal guarantee that provides for FREE repair or replacement of the product for defects in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by accident, lack of care or improper care, negligence, wear and tear and natural breakage of materials after a prolonged period of use are excluded from the warranty. Some components, by their nature, are more subject to wear than others; constant maintenance will extend the life span of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any modification or intervention on the product cancels the guarantee in all its parts. The warranty is limited to products sold by BEAR PROJECTS and / or its authorized resellers.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Customer data is processed by Bear Projects in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the "Privacy" section which forms an integral part of these general conditions of sale.

JURISDICTION
For any disputes or disputes, the competent court is that of Parma.
