Here’s the important part: I’m 180 cm tall, weigh 100 kg, am more muscular than fat, and ordered an XL. The vest fits like a glove—meaning I couldn’t fit in another 10 kg. It’s perfect if you wear a T-shirt underneath, but if you want to wear a sweater underneath, I recommend going up a size. I’m from Germany and usually wear an XL as well.
